📍 Pico Veterinary Hospital | San Clemente, CA

Compensation: $140,000–$180,000 base salary + production bonus + sign-on bonus

💡 What You’ll Do:

• Provide thoughtful, effective medical care and lead with empathy
• Work up cases with access to diagnostics including in-house lab, radiology, and more
• Manage your time and your team with support from helpful protocols and SOAP-based systems
• Take ownership of your cases while collaborating with a team that values shared knowledge
• Prioritize urgent care and help patients when they need it most
• Build strong, lasting client relationships and educate them on preventive care

👩‍⚕️ What We’re Looking For:

• A licensed DVM in good standing in the state of California
• Someone who thrives in a team environment and genuinely wants to make a difference
• Strong communicator with solid clinical judgment and a compassionate heart
