The Role: Associate Veterinarian

You Will:

• Perform routine and advanced surgeries (spay/neuter, mass removals, dental procedures, and more depending on skillset)
• Conduct comprehensive medical exams, diagnose and manage a wide range of conditions
• Create individualized treatment plans, including follow-up care and client education
• Work up cases using in-house diagnostics, digital radiography, ultrasound, and laboratory tools
• Handle urgent and same-day cases when needed, with the support of an experienced team
• Provide clear, compassionate communication to clients and colleagues

• Full in-house Idexx lab suite
• Comprehensive surgical capabilities including BOAS, enucleations, cystotomies, and advanced dentistry

What You Bring:

• Clinical expertise (mentorship or leadership experience is a plus)
• Have strong surgical and diagnostic skills, with particular interest in soft tissue surgery, dentistry, or ultrasound

• $150,000 - $180,000 base salary, + uncapped production bonus for unlimited earning potential with no negative accruals
