Associate UX Designer - E13

MAIN PURPOSE

YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO:

• Collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders on product teams (squads) to understand user needs and business objectives.
• Design intuitive and visually appealing user experiences
• Create prototypes to communicate design concepts and interactions.
• Conduct UX Research operations to test and validate designs.
• Revise designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and stakeholder feedback.
• Bring up-to-date industry trends and best practices in UX design.
• Provide design guidance and feedback to team members.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems, patterns, and standards to create a cohesive experience.
• Making timely, informed decisions that consider the facts, outcomes, constraints and risks of a project or task.
• Managing multiple priorities, working through rapid iterations, and meeting deadlines in a collaborative environment.

ARE YOU READY FOR THE POSITION?

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design approach and key projects/products.
• Solid experience as a UX Designer.
• Lead UX Research.
• Familiarity in Figma.
• Solid understanding of UX principles and best practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self-managed, Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Genuine curiosity and high ability to learn.
• Solid experience working with digital agriculture.
