About the role:
We are seeking skilled and experienced people to join our team. The Associate Training Manager, WCA, will work closely with the Partnership and Retail Team in the West and Central Africa region.
The candidate will oversee the bilingual training engagements (English/French) for partnership and retail teams on solar products, sales, growth and client onboarding.
The candidate will also drive partner enablement and sales performance via training, upskilling, coaching, constant reminders and follow-up.
What you would be expected to do
- Design and deliver bilingual (English/French) training on products, sales & customer service.
- Oversee the creation and adaptation of training materials, job aids, and digital content tailored to the needs of diverse partner networks and retail staff.
- Facilitate the onboarding, certification, and performance tracking of partner sales agents to ensure rapid time-to-Proficiency.
- Drive monthly course uptake on Litmos for the Partnership and Retail Team.
- Create content for continuous learning; partner with sales, marketing & regional teams.
- Report field issues and facilitate client experience audits with the Partnership Team.
- Oversee ad-hoc projects related to new partner onboarding and the rollout of digital learning tools/content.
- Track, evaluate, and report on training effectiveness and client onboarding sessions via the ZTM App, providing insights to regional management.
- Continuously update training assets and partner with cross-functional teams to facilitate new and existing business initiatives.
You might be a strong candidate if you have
- Bachelors/Higher Diploma in Education, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- A technical background in Solar/Renewable Energy or Electronics will be an added advantage.
- Full professional proficiency (verbal and written) in both English and French is required.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Learning & Development and Sales Training, with demonstrated expectations for coordination and people development.
- Experience administering or managing content on Learning Management Systems (LMS).
