We are building a high‑calibre Associate Faculty of technical practitioners to support the delivery of our industry‑leading training programmes. This is an opportunity to work with a forward‑thinking organisation focused on developing deployable, high‑performing technology talent across Software Engineering, DevOps, Testing, Business Analysis, and AI
This is not traditional training.
We’re looking for practitioners who’ve delivered in real client environments and can translate that experience into practical, engaging learning that prepares individuals for day‑one delivery.
Requirements
We’re interested in experienced practitioners across one or more of the following:
Software Engineering: Java, Python, JavaScript, .NET
DevOps / Cloud: AWS, Azure, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes
Testing: Automation frameworks, QA engineering
Business Analysis: Agile delivery, requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement
AI / Data: Machine Learning, Python, applied AI use cases

This is an A ssociate (contract) role. Delivery is scheduled based on programme demand, with engagements ranging from short modules to full programme delivery depending on availability and expertise.
