Role: Associate Trade Operations Specialist

Location: Mumbai

Schedule: 5:00AM-2:00PM

Working model: Hybrid

Introduction:

As Associate Trade Operations Specialist, you will support front-office trading activities through accurate trade booking reviews, allocations, reconciliations, and timely resolution of breaks across global markets. The position requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder coordination, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.

Some of the things you’ll be doing:

• Review Trade Bookings vs email recaps throughout the day (for example, first thing in morning, EMEA close, US close)

• Provide allocations over email for futures / FX / swap trades.

• Upload cash equity trades to CTM (OMGEO / TRAINA)

• Ensure alleges are matched with executing broker.

• Create and send out morning expiry report to flag any positions that need to be rolled

• Follow up with desk to ensure the position is rolled as we approach the fixing / termination date. Perform Cash, Position, Market value, OTE, OTC recon. Involved in resolution of breaks liaison with fund, counterparties, & Prime Brokers

What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?

• Graduate/Postgraduate or similar (Preferably Accounting, Finance and Banking)

• Good analytical skills to work on capital market products

• Fluency in English and excellent articulation skills to present own views while dealing with various client requirements

• Ability to work well in teams and manage relationships with stake holders

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, managing expectations along the way Aptitude to work on multiple proprietary systems/ applications

• Should be open to work in Night Shift
