JOB MISSION:

The Associate Trade Marketing Manageris responsible forplanning, executing, and activating Trade Marketing campaigns for key and strategic accounts, across both physical retail and online environments within the Iberia market.

The role must ensure smooth coordination between Sales, Marketing, Ecommerce, and Retail teams to continuouslyoptimizethe consumer experience and deliver excellence in both sellin and sellout.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Key Account Management

  • Manage relationships with strategic partners in alignment with the Iberia Trade Marketing strategy.

  • Identifyopportunities, gaps, and specific needs for each retailer.

2.CampaignPlanning&Activation

  • Plan and implement campaigns aligned with local, regional, and global key stories.

  • Manage 360° campaigns: planning, creative development, production, and activation.

  • Ensure correct use of brand visual identity across all touchpoints (physical and digital), in direct coordination with the Iberia Visual Merchandising team.

3.CollaborationwithSales &RetailTeams

  • Work closely with Sales and Retail teams to align Trade Marketing strategy with key account plans and ownchannel strategies, ensuring that all activities enhance the consumer experience, complement each other, andultimately drivesales.

  • Support sellin processes with tools, narratives, and brand materials.

4. Budget &LaunchTools Management

  • Manage the marketing budget for key partners, ensuring efficient use of spend and resources.

  • Oversee launch and campaign tools, ensuring availability of bestinclass assets.

5.Omnichannel& Digital Marketing

  • Ensure consistency of the omnichannel consumer journey, both online and instore.

  • Coordinate digital initiatives and innovations with partners and ecommerce platforms.

6.Reporting& Performance

  • Analyzecampaign results: ROI, rate of sale, sellthrough, and key learnings.

  • Provide regular updates on activity, market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer insights.

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:

  • University degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.

  • Experience managing marketing and trade marketing campaigns.

  • Strong background in trade, retail, or digital marketing.

  • Knowledge of the performance or lifestyle market.

  • Strong analytical and datadriven mindset.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholderinfluencing skills.

  • Highly organized, detailoriented, and consumerfocused.

  • Availabilitytotravel

  • High levelof English.

MISIÓ N DEL PUESTO:

ElAssociateTradeMarketing Manager es responsable de la planificación, ejecución y activación de campañas deTradeMarketing para las cuentas clave y cuentas estratégicas, tanto enretailfísico como en entornos online, dentro del mercado de Iberia.

Elrol debeasegurar unacoordinación fluida entre los equipos de ventas, marketing,ecommerceyretailpara optimizar continuamente la experiencia del clienteyasegurar unsell-in ysell-outde excelencia.

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILDADES:

1. Gestión de KeyAccounts

  • Gestionar la relación consociosestratégicos alineándose con la estrategia deTradeMarketing deIberia.

  • Detectar oportunidades, gaps y necesidades específicas de cadadetallista

2. Planificación & Activación de Campañas

  • Planificar e implementar campañas alineadas conloshistoriasclavelocales, globalesy regionales.

  • Gestionar campañas 360°: planificación, creatividad, producción y activación.

  • Asegurar el uso correcto de la identidad visual de marca en todos los puntos de contacto(ya sean físicos o virtuales) en coordinación directa don el equipo de VisualMerchandisingde Iberia.

3.Colaboración con Equipos de Ventas yRetail

  • Trabajar junto a los equipos de ventas yretailpara alinear la estrategia detrademarketing con los planes de cuentas clave y canales propios, asegurando que todas las actividadesmejoren la experiencia del clienteel recorrido del cliente, se complementen entre sí y, en última instancia, impulsen las ventas

  • Apoyar los procesos desell-in con herramientas, argumentarios y materiales de marca.

4. Gestión de Presupuesto & Herramientas de Lanzamiento

  • Administrar el presupuesto de marketingdellos sociosclave, buscando eficiencias en gasto y recursos.

  • Gestionar las herramientas de lanzamiento y de campañay asegurar disponibilidad deassetsbest-in-class

5.Omnichannel& Digital Marketing

  • Asegurar la consistencia delconsumerjourneyomnicanal, tanto online comoinstore

  • Coordinar iniciativas digitales e innovaciones conpartnersy plataformas e-commerce

6.Reporting& Performance

  • Analizar resultados de campañas: ROI,rateofsale,sell-throughy aprendizajes clave.

  • Proporcionar actualizaciones regulares sobre actividad, mercado, competencia einsightsdel consumidor.

REQUISITOS:

  • Formación universitaria en Marketing, Business o similar

  • Experiencia gestionando campañas de marketing ytrademarketing.

  • Backgroundfuerte entrade, retail o digital marketing.

  • Conocimiento del mercado performance olifestyle

  • Capacidad analítica y orientación a datos

  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación e influencia constakeholdersinternos y externos.

  • Muy organizado/a, orientado al detalle y con foco en el cliente.

  • Disponibilidad para viajar

  • Nivel alto de inglés.
