Join our Corporate Banking client's team as a Trade and Loan Operations professional, focusing on activities such as processing Trade Finance Applications and Documents, encompassing tasks like Import LC Opening, Document Verification, Payment Handling, Bills Management, Trust Receipt Loan Processing, Export LC Operations, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate within a team to manage Trade Finance applications and documentation, covering various aspects of import and export operations.
• Support daily loan operations, including drawdowns, repayments, rollovers, interest and fee payments, and other related maintenance tasks.
• Assist the Loans Processing Centre with operational tasks.
• Draft facility letters and other loan-related documents.
• Maintain a robust documentation tracking and filing system.
• Coordinate with legal counsel and marketing units to ensure smooth credit administration processes.
• Handle correspondence and inquiries from various stakeholders related to loan operations.
• Undertake any additional tasks as required.

Qualifications:

• Post-secondary education or higher.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in loan operation and trade finance within banking operations.
• Proficiency in loan documentation, procedures, and relevant requirements.
• Comprehensive banking operation background preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, prioritize effectively, and achieve results promptly.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications.
