This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified lawyer with 0-4 years’ PQE to join Pinsent Masons’ high-performing TMT team. You will gain exposure to a diverse range of technology and data-focused transactions, working on high-profile, business-critical projects while developing your technical and commercial skillset within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

The Opportunity
You will be part of a dynamic national TMT practice operating as a single, integrated team across transactional, information law and disputes. The transactional team advises on a broad range of commercial arrangements that underpin how organisations operate and transform, from SaaS agreements through to complex outsourcing and AI implementation projects.
This role offers the opportunity to work on both “business as usual” matters and large-scale, transformational projects across a wide range of sectors, including financial services, energy, technology, retail and higher education. You will benefit from early responsibility, direct client engagement and the chance to contribute to cutting-edge work in a rapidly evolving area.

The TMT team operates as a single, integrated practice across multiple UK offices, bringing together expertise in transactional work, data advisory and disputes. The team advises on a wide spectrum of technology and data matters, from core commercial contracts to innovative projects involving AI, blockchain and new data-sharing models.
You will join a collaborative, client-focused team that supports a diverse portfolio of UK and global clients on some of their most important and transformative initiatives.
