This Associate Territory Manager role sits within our Trauma business unit and reports to a Regional Sales Manager known for developing emerging talent into high‑performing sales professionals. You’ll work across the Sydney Metro territories.

Drive sales growth and territory expansion by executing sales activities, supporting negotiations, and engaging new and existing customers.
Support surgeons, nurses, and clinical teams in theatre to optimize the safe and effective use of Trauma products.
Develop strong product expertise to deliver accurate clinical and technical information in hospital environments.
Assist the Territory Manager with business planning and monitor territory performance, sharing insights with the Regional Manager.
Resolve product‑related issues by applying clinical knowledge and coordinating timely solutions for customers.
Manage inventory requirements to ensure product availability and compliance with handling standards.
Identify commercial opportunities through data review and field insights to improve coverage and account growth.
Build productive, professional relationships with healthcare professionals to support ongoing clinical adoption and customer satisfaction.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer‑facing, sales, or healthcare‑related role.
Ability to work in hospital environments, including operating theatres.
Current valid driver’s licence.
Fluency in English.
Tertiary qualification in an allied health field (e.g., nursing, physiotherapy, exercise science).
Minimum 1 year of experience in clinical, technical, or medical sales environments.
Experience working toward sales targets or KPIs in any industry.
