
Youll be based at our client operations division at our Port Elizabeth office. Youll report to our team
leader: Tele-underwriting who is accountable for all our captured proposal applications and tele
underwriting functions.
Your qualifications:
You must have passed grade 12/matric with Maths literacy or NFS achievement level 3.
Your experience:
You must have exceptional telephone skills
Knowledge or experience in health-related terminology is preferable
Previous call centre or customer service experience is preferable
