Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

1. Documentation Creation

• Develop user manuals, how-to guides, FAQs, and release notes
• Ensure all documentation is accurate and clear

2. Cross-Departmental Collaboration

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support teams
• Collect input from Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to guarantee content quality

3. Content Verification & Quality Assurance

• Validate documentation against product features
• Ensure consistency in tone, style, and branding across all materials

4. Documentation Maintenance

• Update and publish content in alignment with release schedules
• Manage documentation portals effectively

5. Technical Content Assistance

• Support creation of API documentation and technical references
• Contribute to Learning Management System (LMS) content and video scripts for product tutorials

Required Skills:

• 1–2 years of experience in technical writing, preferably within SaaS or product environments
• Excellent writing skills focusing on clarity and precision
• Basic knowledge of REST APIs and Swagger/OpenAPI is preferred
• Ability to comprehend product functionality from an end-user's perspective
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively
• Familiarity with tools such as GitBook or equivalent platforms is a plus
• Experience or exposure to ITSM, AIOps, or IT infrastructure is advantageous
