The role of Associate Technical Support Analyst is important to us.
You’ll sit at the intersection of technology, problem solving, and customer interaction, working as part of a well-established team responsible for building, maintaining and supporting feature-rich platforms across both our Fuel and Electric Vehicle (EV) solutions.
We’re seeking someone who enjoys solving real-world problems, prides themselves on service excellence, and can work closely with fast-paced software development teams.
If you have a mix of technical knowledge, analytical ability, and strong communications skills, we’d love to hear from you.
You’ll be the first point of contact for customers and business users, assisting with product and software-related queries, ensuring a seamless and professional experience through timely responses and clear communication.
You’ll apply problem-solving skills and an analytical approach to deliver effective resolutions while upholding excellent customer service standards.
This role is based at Emperor Court in Crewe, Cheshire on the basis of a minimum 3 days per week in the office
It's an excellent working environment, with full access to our neighbouring Radius Campus head office facilities.
