Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Computer Science.
• Fresh graduate or up to 6 months of recruitment experience, relevant internship experience is a plus.
• Interest in technical recruitment and a willingness to learn about technology roles.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic familiarity with LinkedIn, Microsoft Office, or Google Workspace.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to take feedback, follow instructions, and work collaboratively.
• Professional handling of confidential candidate and client information.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Review CVs against job requirements under the guidance of senior recruiters.
• Conduct initial screening calls to gather information about candidates' experience, availability, and salary expectations.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates.
• Keep candidate records and recruitment trackers accurate and up to date.
• Support senior recruiters in preparing shortlists and building talent pipelines.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and joining process.
• Develop an understanding of technology roles, common skills, and recruitment practices.
