Associate, Technical Project Management

The Associate, Technical Project Management supports daily technical project activities under close supervision. The role applies theoretical knowledge to help plan, organise, and track tasks related to Forterro product implementations. The Associate communicates with internal and external contacts to gather and provide information. The role describes technical practices and procedures to support discussions. The Associate makes minor pre‑approved updates to systems and processes and resolves general issues through basic analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and scheduling activities for technical project tasks.
  
  
• Update documentation and assist in preparing project status information.
  
  
• Collect information from stakeholders to support requirements and task tracking.
  
  
• Describe technical practices, solutions, and procedures during routine conversations.
  
  
• Make minor pre‑approved updates to tools or processes.
  
  
• Identify general issues and resolve them using basic analysis.
  
  
• Assist with tracking integration of vendor tasks when required.
  
  
• Support quality reviews of project deliverables under guidance.
  
  
• Escalate non‑routine issues to senior team members.
