We are seeking an experienced Associate Technical Consultant to join our clients team. This role focuses on engaging with clients, understanding their business and technical needs, and delivering solutions that align with their goals across cloud, network, and cybersecurity environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive solution design and implementation.
Engage directly with clients to gather and understand technical and business requirements.
Utilize strong technical knowledge to analyze customer challenges and provide effective solutions.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop, propose, and present tailored IT solutions.
Deliver technical product demonstrations, presentations, and proposals to clients.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth solution delivery and alignment.
Provide proactive technical guidance and support in troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Coordinate with vendors or solution principals to support the delivery of technical proposals.
Contribute to achieving technical gross profit (GP) targets and support team objectives.
Strong understanding of network architecture, including private/public cloud and security solutions.
Act as a technical lead during requirement gathering and solution development.
Design and deliver technical solutions, proposals, bills of materials (BOMs), and documentation.
Partner with internal sales teams to ensure clear and accurate solution delivery.
Lead Proof of Concept (POC) and demo sessions and build reference architectures for business use cases.
Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle technical requirements effectively and efficiently.
Self-motivated with a strong initiative to explore emerging technologies.
Familiarity with solution implementation best practices and methodologies.
High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Minimum 4 years of experience in IT implementation or pre-sales roles.
Practical experience in consulting and solution deployment.
Understanding of IT compliance, scalability, and infrastructure planning.
Experience with data center infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity.
Working knowledge of ManageEngine, Fortinet, Cisco, NetScaler, and Microsoft platforms.
Familiarity with networking components such as firewalls (IPS, ATP), routers, switches, and access points.
Knowledge of SIEM, security operations, and access security (IAM, SASE, ZTNA, SD-WAN, CASB, Web Gateway).
Experience with hybrid environments and cloud integration (AWS, Azure); Linux is a plus.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Netscaler, Cisco, Fortinet, Microsoft) are an advantage.
Minimum Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Good spoken and written proficiency in English.
