Provide technical support and service to factory operations, ensuring all systems and equipment function optimally to meet production demands.
Contribute totasks in the Service Product focusing on waste removal, self-service, and automation

The Associate Tech Service Specialistoperatesindependently anddemonstratesself-motivation within one or more technology areas. Valued in a service product for solving a wide range of complex issues, shifting focus from reactive to proactive.
Advancedproficiencyin English, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and effectively in both written and verbal forms.
Solid understanding of engineering principles, with a focus on AI technologies and their application in real-world scenarios.
Experience in coding, withproficiencyin languages such as Python, Java, or C++, to develop and support applications.
Expertisein a specific area such as Infrastructure or Application Support,demonstratingin-depth knowledge and hands-on experience.
Ability to integrate AI solutions into existing infrastructure,enhancingservicedeliveryand operational efficiency.
Proventrack recordof supporting andoptimizingIT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation and high availability.
Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and platforms, such as AWS or Google Cloud, to support scalable and resilient systems.
This position is based at our LEGOOperacionesde Mexico manufacturing factorylocatedin Cienega de Flores, NL. This is not a remote position.
