What You’ll Do
As an Associate Teacher (AT) at Veritas Prep, you will join a supportive, team-oriented environment designed to foster your growth as an educator. In this role, you’ll play a key part in advancing the academic and social-emotional success of our middle school scholars through the following responsibilities:

Veritas Prep is a public, tuition-free school in Springfield that prepares students in grades 5 through 12 to compete, achieve, and succeed in college and beyond. Students can earn up to an associate degree for free, and the general studies associate degree from STCC means students enter as JUNIORS at any Massachusetts public college or university after high school graduation.

Veritas Prep Charter School (VPCS) was founded in Springfield in 2012 with the mission to prepare students in grades 5-8 to compete, achieve, and succeed in high school, college, and beyond. With the launch of our Early College program at Veritas Prep High School in 2022, VPCS now serves more than 700 Springfield students.
