• Maintains and updates company job board accounts, ensuring vacancies for operational roles are posted in a timely and accurate manner across various local platforms
• Prepares and distributes contracts and offer letters for successful candidates, ensuring all legal and company requirements are met
• Facilitates communication between recruitment consultants and other departments, such as finance or HR, to ensure smooth operations process
• Participates and provides administrative supports for local candidate engagement initiatives, for both online and offline activities, such as seminars or information sessions
• Prepares hiring managers for interviews by providing candidate profiles and highlighting key qualifications that matches the job requirements
• Generates regular reports on recruitment activities around logistics, industrial and skilled trades, contact center, hospitality, and retail roles, analyzing trends and providing insights for improvement
• Helps track key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate drop-off rates
