Your Role & Responsibilities

We are seeking an Associate Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing Talent Acquisition team in Egypt. In this role, you will support recruitment activities across multiple business functions, helping attract, engage, and hire top talent while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.You will partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to deliver efficient recruitment solutions, build talent pipelines, and support hiring needs across areas such as Financial Services, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and HR Services.

As an Associate Talent Acquisition Partner, your main responsibilities will include:

• Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct sourcing.
• Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, motivation, and overall fit.
• Manage and coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring teams.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and recruitment priorities.
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, and hiring documentation.
• Support recruitment activities across multiple business units and functions in a dynamic environment.
• Provide market insights and talent availability updates to stakeholders when needed.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives, recruitment projects, and continuous process improvements.
• Support offer management and onboarding coordination activities as required.
• Ensure compliance with internal recruitment processes and policies.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Human Resources.
• Proven experience in sourcing and screening candidates across different job families and seniority levels.
• Strong understanding of direct sourcing techniques and talent mapping.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Agile mindset with the flexibility to support various business functions and recruitment requirements.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms is preferred.
• French or German language proficiency is considered an advantage.
