As an Associate Talent Acquisition Business Partner within Howden Specialty, you will support Capital Advisory and Placement (CAP) – one of our highest-performing functions last year – alongside the Multinational Client Practice (MCP) and Global Financial Solutions (GFS), delivering end-to-end recruitment. Manageend-to-endrecruitmentprocess,includingjobpostings,shortlisting, candidate communications, and offer coordination.
AssistwithsourcingcandidatesforavarietyofrolesusingLinkedInRecruiter,job boards, and other sourcing tools.
MaintainandupdateourATS(WorkdayRecruiting)toensureaccuratedataandreporting.
Coordinateandsupporthiringevents,candidateassessments,andonboardingactivities.
CollaboratewithTABusinessPartnerstounderstandhiringneedsandprovide administrative and operational support.
Ensureapositivecandidateexperiencebyprovidingtimelyupdatesandclear communication throughout the recruitment process.
Contributetoemployerbrandinginitiatives,includingsocialmediacontentand recruitment marketing campaigns.
Trackandreportonkeyrecruitmentmetrics,includingtime-to-fill,candidatepipeline activity, and diversity data.
Stayuptodateonrecruitmentbestpracticesandcontributeideastoimproveour processes and candidate experience.
