The Associate Recruiter supports the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers. This role focuses on sourcing talent, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and maintaining accurate recruitment data. It is ideal for someone early in their talent acquisition career who is eager to grow, learn, and contribute to high‑quality hiring outcomes.

1. Talent Sourcing & Candidate Pipeline Management

• Proactively source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and talent databases
• Build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for recurring roles
• Conduct initial outreach and engage passive talent

2. Screening & Candidate Assessment

• Review CVs and evaluate candidates against role requirements
• Conduct phone/video screenings to assess fit, motivation, and availability
• Present qualified candidates to recruiters or hiring managers with accurate summaries

3. Interview Coordination & Logistics

• Schedule interviews and manage communication between candidates and hiring teams
• Ensure interviewers are well‑briefed and prepared
• Maintain a smooth, professional candidate experience at every stage

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldStrong communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ATS tools
• Understanding of basic interviewing and talent screening techniques
• Fluent English
