• Experience in Recruitment operations and understanding of the full hiring process.
• Proven delivery track record. 
• Focused on execution.
• Confident & self-starter.

• Good communicator.
• Understanding of full hiring process.
• Knowledge of Excel – Pivot, VLOOKUP.
• Efficient written and verbal communication.
• Experience of ATS/Recruitment Tools.

General Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

• Connect with clients, candidates and vendors over emails and Service desk (phone calls).
• Ensuring high quality and timely recruitment work like offer letter generation, logistics management, onboarding activities, pre emp medical checks, Background checks, etc.
• Maintaining data for self in excel.
• Reporting errors and issues to the Team leader on time.
• Responsible for processing the HR data correctly with expected quality in a tight SLA driven environment.
• Interact with the client /employee/stakeholder on a regularly basis via IM and email.
• Contribute towards the development and continuous improvement of HR processes and procedures.
• Should participate/drive client’s meetings and resolve queries.
• Responsible for documentation management.
• Assisting Team Leads with periodic Service delivery data as and when required.

Qualifications (Education/Experience/Certification):

Graduate,MBA (HR) / PGPM or equivalent.
