More about the role & team

As a Support Analyst, you’ll be the friendly expert who helps clients through calls and emails, solving their problems and guiding them step-by-step to solutions. You’ll tackle challenges, escalate complex issues, and connect clients with the right resources when needed. 📞💡

Your day-to-day will include keeping records organized, processing important documents, answering client questions, and keeping databases up to date. You’ll also prepare progress reports and work closely with managers to keep everything running smoothly. 🗂️📊

As an Associate Support Analyst, you’ll:

  • Apply best practices with guidance from experienced colleagues
  • Execute tasks with attention to detail and a positive attitude
  • Create basic insights and recommendations in your area of expertise
  • Support your team and begin to lead tier-one support efforts for straightforward issues

Working Hours:Tuesday to Friday: noon - 8pm ICT, Saturday: 11pm-7am ICT

  • ⏫ Escalate complex problems and refer clients to specialized services when needed
  • 🗂️ Maintain accurate records, process documents, and update databases
  • 📊 Prepare progress reports and coordinate with managers
  • 🤝 Collaborate with team members and external partners to ensure deliverables are met
  • 📝 Participate in solution design, configuration, testing, and documentation
  • 🔍 Contribute to operational monitoring and process improvements
  • 💬 Communicate professionally with stakeholders at all times
  • ⏰ Enjoy flexible work hours to support 24/7 client coverage
  • 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 📅 Minimum 2 years of work experience
  • 🧩 Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
  • ⏳ Excellent time management and communication abilities
  • 🫶 Client-focused mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • 🥇 Certifications such as CFA, CIPM, ITIL, or FRM are a plus!
