Make an impact by ensuring the right products are available at the right time to support customers and business performance. As an Associate Supply Planner, you will play a critical role in transforming demand signals into executable supply plans, balancing service, inventory, capacity, and cost while partnering with leaders across the organization. This role offers strong visibility, exposure to business decision-making, and opportunities to influence supply chain performance through data-driven planning and continuous improvement.
What You Will Do
  • Develop and manage supply plans for assigned Finished Goods Operations portfolios, ensuring alignment with demand requirements and agreed service level targets.
  • Analyze inventory, capacity, lead times, supply constraints, and business trade-offs to create executable and financially aligned supply plans.
  • Evaluate supply plan impacts on inventory, cost, cash flow, and operational performance in partnership with Finance and Procurement teams.
  • Represent supply plans, risks, constraints, and recovery scenarios during business and leadership reviews, providing clear recommendations and decision options.

  • Manage finished goods safety stock levels, supply execution activities, and capacity planning processes to support operational performance objectives.
  • Monitor planning and procurement execution against approved plans, track key performance indicators, and drive corrective actions when targets are not met.
  • Improve planning processes, master data quality, planning automation, and standardization initiatives to enhance efficiency and planning effectiveness.

  • Experience using SAP-based planning systems, such as SAP ECC, SAP APO, SAP IBP, or equivalent enterprise planning solutions.
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken.
Preferred
  • Experience supporting Finished Goods Operations, Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM), or contract manufacturing environments.
  • Experience participating in executive supply reviews, integrated business planning, or sales and operations planning processes.
  • Experience supporting new product introductions, product transfers, supplier readiness activities, or supply chain change initiatives.
