AT A GLANCE:
Broad River Retail is seeking a detail-oriented, process-driven, and accountable Associate Supervisor of Inventory Control with a primary focus on billing and reverse logistics. This role is critical to ensuring inventory accuracy, financial integrity, and operational flow across the Distribution Center.
This Memory Maker will own the execution and oversight of nightly billing processes, ensuring all deliveries are accurately closed out in our systems, while also managing reverse logistics bringing returned and non-delivered product back into inventory with precision.

DAY IN THE LIFE AS THIS MEMORY MAKER:
• Own and execute end-of-day billing processes, ensuring all completed deliveries are accurately closed in the system
• Validate delivery completion status and resolve discrepancies between route execution and system billing
• Partner with Delivery, Customer Excellence, and Operations teams to ensure accurate and timely order closure
• Oversee reverse logistics processes, including receiving returned or non-delivered product back into inventory
• Ensure all returned product is accurately dispositioned in alignment with company standards
• Maintain inventory accuracy through precise system transactions and location control
• Identify and correct billing or inventory discrepancies, escalating issues when necessary
• Support cycle count and inventory control processes to maintain 99.80% or greater accuracy standards
• Train and coach team members on billing procedures, inventory processes, and system usage
• Monitor and enforce adherence to operational workflows and standard operating procedures
• Collaborate with leadership to identify process gaps and implement improvements in billing and reverse logistics
• Track and report on key metrics including billing accuracy, inventory adjustments, and return processing trends

WORKPLACE ENVIRONMENT:
• This role is based in a Distribution Center environment with evening/night responsibilities aligned to delivery completion and billing cycles
• Requires extended periods of standing, walking, and computer work
• May involve lifting and moving product as needed to support operations
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as business needs require
