As our Associate Supervisor, you will ensure proper planning of site activities and preparation of site readiness. You’ll assist supervisors and superintendents with installation activities, managing and supporting the installation team, verifies the installation deliverables and ensures readiness for customer and maintenance handovers. Lastly, you will assist as the KONE interface to the customer prior to the start of the installation process.
You will bring 5+years of progressive and successful experience and/or training in the construction industry or leading people (preferred) to KONE. Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or a 2-year degree from an approved technical school is preferred. Equivalent work experience in the construction industry accepted in lieu of degree.

The hiring range for this role is $87,300 – $114,555 The compensation package offered will depend on candidate’s ability to meet the requirements of the role, needs for the business strategy, and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.
Variable Compensation
KONE Annual Bonus plan at 10% Target Incentive (50/50) based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
