Reporting to the Director of Agronomy / Golf Course Superintendent, the Associate Superintendent will be responsible for coordinating weekly and daily course maintenance operations, leading grounds crews, supporting the agronomic vision, and ensuring course quality and safety. This role involves close collaboration with all other departments of the golf operation.

What you’re responsible for:

  • Coordinate activities such as grow-in operations, mowing, irrigation, and cultural practices
  • Conduct agronomic monitoring and on-course observations
  • Centralize data and follow up with corrective actions
  • Support the deployment of new technologies
  • Uphold quality and safety standards across all maintenance operations
  • Work collaboratively with all teams and departments
  • Support staff training, coaching, and development

Qualifications

To join our team:

  • You have a degree in Agronomy, Golf Course Management, or a related field
  • You have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  • You are bilingual in French and English.
  • You have a valid pesticide certification
  • You have proficiency with MS Office and modern turf management software
