Within the Working Capital solutions Asia team, to focus on providing solutions to our clients to manage their receivables. Work with banker in the coverage section and Corporate Sales in GTB to initial the business opportunities on Receivables. Participate, alongside the global and local teams on the commercial activities, product development, solutions structuring, enhance the risk and control monitoring procedure, designing tailor made solutions and process enhancements. Growing the revenue of existing Receivable deals through facility utilization monitoring and following up new business opportunities with clients.
Achieve quantitative and qualitative performance objectives for both GTB and Receivables Team. In addition to engagement in Receivable team’s commercial activities, the candidate should also be a team worker willing to work and share experience with other team members in GTB.
Responsible in the whole life cycle of the deal, from the preparation of the marketing material and pitch book to the client to the deal execution including preparation of credit application, profitability measures and legal documents.
Follow pipeline and lead in the commercial activity, including the analysis of the client working capital needs and evolution.
Working with Global team, Middle Office and Operation team to ensure the smooth deal implementation and running.
Participate in the product framework development and the necessary infrastructure support for the product.
4-6 years of banking experience with preference in knowledge of receivables purchase deals structuring. Exposure to trade securitization would be a plus.
Possessing good knowledge of receivable purchase legal documentation and understanding of trade credit insurance policy.
Able to work independently and under pressure. Strong analytical skills and detail oriented. Strong communication and Interpersonal skills with entrepreneurial mindset.
Good knowledge in global trade flow. Able to understand different countries’ legal and regulatory requirement in the receivables transfer.
Professional fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese. Additional language capabilities is a plus.
