Lilly has identified Patient Support Programs (“PSPs”) as one of several core capabilities needed to ensure successful launches of our products. We are investing in building a service ecosystem to discover and respond to the individual holistic needs of our patients.

Reporting to the Lilly Canada PSP Lead, this role will be responsible for the development of strategy and operational implementation supporting one or more PSPs. As a member of Lilly’s PSP team, the successful candidate will also provide consultation and support across brands and business units. This role will work closely and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, including HCPs, vendors and other cross-functional team members (Marketing, Medical, Market Access, Government Affairs, Legal, Ethics & Compliance, Patient Safety, Privacy, IT, Finance, etc.) to deliver meaningful customer experiences.
Candidates must be comfortable with working in an ambiguous environment and implementing change as well as embrace the opportunity to shape an area of strategic importance for Lilly, all while keeping the patient at the center of everything we do.
Position may require up to 10% travel across geography.
This role is determined to be a flexible worker, where on-site presence in the Toronto office is expected to be 10 days per month, as determined by your manager and business needs.
At Lilly Canada, there are three levels available based on the candidates experience, background, and qualifications. For transparency, the ranges for this position are:
• Associate: $63,000 - $92,400
• Sr Associate: $83,250 - $122,100
• Manager: $93,750 - $137,500
This role is eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as participation in the Lilly Bonus Program.

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is
$64,870 - $137,500
Full-time equivalent employees may also be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
