Iron Mountain (formerly ACT Logistics) is a major ICT Services supplier to State & Federal Government Departments and to large commercial clients across Australia including NSW & surrounding areas.

We are a leader in IT Asset Disposition providing high security data sanitisation services as well as installation, decommissioning, and the remarket of ICT equipment. Our Warehouse is in Granville NSW 2142.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Administer and operate the organization’s warehouse processes, including the destruction and storage of physical assets.
  • Audit all goods received into the warehouse for accuracy.
  • Manage the receipt, storage, and shipment of IT assets.
  • Prepare and coordinate schedules for shipping and receiving materials.
  • Maintain and protect facilities and equipment.
  • Operate HR vehicles for pick-up, drop off of goods

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • The ability to follow instructions and a willingness to learn on the job.
  • Basic knowledge of computers and internal components.
  • Experience in packing and palletising to ensure the efficient use of space.
  • The ability to accurately complete tasks and data entry via computer systems.
  • HR License - Must Have
  • Forklift Licence – Highly regarded
