  • Screens CVs and applications, preparing structured shortlists for recruiter review. • Coordinates interviews and assessments, managing complex scheduling and communication with stakeholders. • Maintains candidate data in ATS, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies. • Prepares candidate summaries and documentation for client submissions. • Communicates with candidates to provide updates and ensure positive experiences. • Supports onboarding activities, including document collection and compliance checks. • Prepares simple recruitment reports on candidate volumes and pipeline status. • Supports recruiters during high-volume hiring campaigns, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. Grade Descriptor • Requires in-depth knowledge in specialized disciplines / job functions • Applies extensive skills and expertise in a range of complex concepts, processes, procedures and systems • May coordinate work, providing guidance and/or training to more junior team members • Works autonomously based on existing practices, precedents or procedures; may provide input for improvements • Impacts own team and other teams whose work activities are closely related; develops improvements to existing processes and procedures to improve the efficiency of the team
