The Associate Specialist, Product Pricing & Portfolio Analysis at RHB Insurance Berhad will support the Pricing team in developing and maintaining competitive product pricing strategies and conducting in-depth portfolio performance analysis to optimize profitability and risk management.
Job Responsibilities
* Assist in the development and review of pricing models for various insurance products (e.g., motor, property, casualty) to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
* Conduct detailed analysis of claims experience, underwriting results, and market data to identify trends and inform pricing adjustments.
* Prepare actuarial analyses and presentations on product performance, pricing recommendations, segmentation and portfolio profitability.
* Collaborate with product development, underwriting, and sales teams to provide actuarial insights and support new product launches or modifications.
* Monitor and analyze competitor pricing strategies and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats.
* Maintain and enhance pricing models and tools used for pricing and portfolio analysis.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal actuarial standards.
* Participate in ad-hoc projects & analyses
