
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Specialist, Operation Support Services to join our team at RHB Group Transaction Banking. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting daily trade operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. You will play a key role in maintaining seamless transaction processing while collaborating across functions to uphold operational excellence.
What you will be doing
Ensure completeness of daily transactions within established productivity targets, meeting required standards for efficiency, accuracy, and turnaround time
Adhere strictly to the Bank’s trade policies, procedures, and operational risk controls in all trade processing activities
Perform multitasking responsibilities, including cross-functional and cross-departmental support as required
Maintain high standards of operational integrity while ensuring timely and accurate execution of processes
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery
What we're looking for
Knowledge of trade products and related operational processes
Understanding of ICC rules, trade policies and procedures, as well as BNM rules and regulations
Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in banking operations, trade services, or related fields is an added advantage
Strong attention to detail with good organizational and time management skills
Average communication skills (both oral and written)
Proficiency in using computer systems and relevant software applications
Ability to multitask and work collaboratively across teams
