T his role provides daily operational support to Randstad recruiters and sales associates related to time and expense capture with a high sense of urgency. This critical role requires coordination with field partners to ensure timely processing of talent
The success of the role will be driven by:
● Clarity of work and training provided to the offshore team
● Quality and timeliness of feedback especially during ramp-up
● Regular review of the effort and outcomes between onshore and offshore teams
● In addition to training, job aids to assist offshore team
● Timeliness and accuracy of data provided in the prepped recon.
Key Role and Responsibilities
Responsible for total administrative processes for talent and clients related to time capture:
Key Skills Required
Education & Qualifications (Required and Preferred):
● Bachelor’s degree
● Minimum of 3 years of experience in Finance, Accounting or any other related experience
● Knowledge of Randstad operations and systems is an asset
● Basic excel and reporting
Key Competencies:
· Reduction in time to resolve incoming incidents
· Managing volume and reducing backlog
· Ability to manage in a fast paced environment
· Good data entry skills
· Strong ability to communicate at all levels of a multi-national enterprise
· Able to work under constantly changing conditions and tight deadlines
· Good skills in presenting and facilitating
· Prior exposure of working with overseas clients
· Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, meet/exceed deadlines and goals
· Average excel skills
· Professional, effective, and persuasive communication skills
Shift time: 8.00 AM to 5.00 PM EST
