Disseminate latest SOPsto stakeholders.
HR Systems Administration&Governance
Ensure all employee information aremaintained timely and accurately and secured.
Assist in gathering new requestsand operational needs from HR teams.
Assist with consolidation ofinputs on effectiveness of HR systems and processes against requirements, objectivesand user needs.
HR Data Analytics, Insights&Reporting
Gather data from various sourcesrequired for monthly reports.
Sort and segregate data asdirected by senior colleagues.
Assist with consolidation ofdata for corporate function andat regional level.
Continuous Improvement
Assist with gathering inputson effectiveness of HR processes.
Assist with preparation ofmaterials for training and presentations.
Education
MBA/PGDM in HR or related field.
Experience
General Experience and Skills
Soundexperience of simple officeoperational systems and some internship or basic workexperience in HR preferred (Over 12 to 18 months).
