To meet our challenges, we are looking for a Associate HR within the HR team to be based at our Pantnagar unit.

Purpose

To support the business goals by ensuring timely hiring of resources and driving capability building initiatives for blue collared and white collared employees, the role will focus on talent acquisition and structured learning interventions with plant operations

Accountable for Talent Acquisition and Learning initiatives at site by

adhering to the global guidelines and workflow.

Key Accountabilities

  • Assist and guide the managers in Job requisition process, promote and encourage internal mobility

  • Job posting internally and externally as per requisition, coordinate with internal & external sources as per requirement.
  • Preliminary screening and shortlisting of CVs, conducting interview through interview panel. Salary Negotiation and preparation of Salary fitment for new incumbent by considering internal parity.
  • Issue of Offer letter, ensure smooth on boarding process, design Induction program for new incumbent, maintain personal files of new joiners
  • Maintain recruitment MIS and dashboard's (TAT, closures etc.)
  • Objective setting of new incumbent within the timeline, ensure employee receive the goals within agreed timeline.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders viz line managers & Apprentice Advisor and ensure engagement of Apprentices under NAPS/NATS through organization portal.
  • Ensure smooth engagement & onboarding of Apprentices/Trainees/Interns.
  • Monitor & ensure the compliance under Apprentices Act
  • Identification of Training needs with due collaboration of line managers.
  • Design and implement training calendar (behavioral, functional, technical).
  • Facilitate/ coordinate and organize internal/external training programs
  • Enrolment of employees for learning events in workday to record the learning hours
  • Ensure all learning events are recorded in the system (Workday)
  • Evaluate learning effectiveness through feedback, assessments, productivity impact
  • Generate the real time learning hours report from workday
  • Assist in Performance management and capability assessment
  • Maintain training records and documentation for audits
  • Support multi skilling and skill matrix development
  • Support leadership development, succession planning and skill enhancement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and organizational training requirements
  • Drive learning culture initiative at plant

MBA/ MSW/PGDM in Human Resources
Certification in L&D/Talent Management (preferred)
Experience:
4-5+ years in HR with exposure to Talent Acquisition and L&D
Experience in manufacturing/plant environment (preferred)
General exposure:
Understanding of recruitment process, knowledge of training methodology
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
High ownership and execution focus
Data driven mind set with good analytical skill
Strong coordination, planning and organizational skill
Ability to work in dynamic plant environment
Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
