Associate Specialist, Customer Support is responsible for providing operational support in customer service and supply chain management processes, ensuring accurate order processing, timely delivery, and proper documentation handling. This role acts as a key liaison between customers, internal teams, and third-party logistics providers to maintain smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service & Order Management

  • Manage the end-to-end Order Management process, including capturing sales orders from customers and distributors.

  • Ensure accurate and complete order entry into the system and proper handling of all supporting documentation.

  • Coordinate closely with the third-party logistics provider to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers.

  • Act as a liaison between customers, internal teams, and external partners to resolve delivery, order, or documentation issues.

  • Address and resolve issues that may arise with government authorities and support related reporting requirements.

Administration

  • Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.

  • Handle tax filing and documentation of customer documents

  • Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.

Job Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

  • Relevant experience in customer service, sales support, order management, or administrative functions.

  • Experience working with SAP system, and Microsoft Excel is an advantage.

  • Strong attention to detail, with a high level of accuracy and organizational skills.

  • Demonstrates curiosity, problem‑solving capability, and analytical thinking.

  • Good command of written and spoken English.

  • Exposure to tax‑related processes or compliance documentation.

  • Experience working with third‑party logistics or external service providers.
