－ 新製品開発および量産に向けたベンダー探索、フィージビリティ・スタディ、立ち上げのサポート。
－ サプライヤーとの定期的なコミュニケーション、交渉、契約。すべての関連ベンダーとの関係維持
－ 問題発生時のサプライヤーへの主要な連絡先として活動する。
－ 社内外のステークホルダーとの強い関係を構築し、維持する。
－ コスト削減とコスト回避のための新たな機会を継続的に特定し、これらの目標に向けた進捗を積極的に追跡する。
－ サプライチェーンと協力し、常に健全なレベルの在庫を確保する。
－ 品質部門と協力し、サプライヤーがコンプライアンスを遵守し、入荷した材料が仕様に合っていて、当社のプロセスでうまく機能することを確認する。
－ 既存および新規サプライヤーの品質監査を促進し、参加する。
－ サプライヤーに月次予測を提供し、SAP/文書内の価格情報を更新する。
－ 定期的なサプライヤー管理/評価/査定を実施する。
－ グループ目標達成のため、他国のソーシングマネージャーとチームワークを図る。
－ 必要に応じて定期的な電話会議に参加し、ビジネスパートナーに常に最新情報を提供する。
－ データ分析をサポートし、チームのためにレポートを提供する。
