What You Will Do
- Support housing clients through technical onboarding, configuration, and ongoing troubleshooting using tools like Zendesk and Salesforce.
- Investigate and resolve customer-reported issues by analyzing event logs, API responses, and platform data.
- Build and maintain internal operational tools using low-code platforms such as Retool to enhance team workflows.
- Write and execute SQL queries to extract data, analyze anomalies, and generate actionable reports for stakeholders.
- Validate integrations and debug issues using API testing tools like Postman to facilitate new client implementations.
- Monitor platform behavior proactively with event-logging tools such as DataDog to identify and address issues.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Tableau or Google Sheets to track client performance metrics.
Ideal Candidate Background
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- 1–3 years of experience in a solutions engineering, technical support, or similar customer-facing technical role.
- Strong analytical mindset with a bias toward data-driven decision-making and problem-solving.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Comfortable working onsite in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating ownership and accountability.
Preferred
- Experience building internal tools or workflows using low-code platforms such as Retool.
- Proficiency in writing SQL queries for data retrieval and analysis.
- Familiarity with event-logging tools like DataDog and reporting platforms such as Tableau.
