We are seeking a highly motivated Software Engineer with solid Java fundamentals, exposure to Python development, and hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate should have a passion for software development, problem-solving, and building intelligent applications using modern AI frameworks and cloud technologies.

The candidate will contribute to the development of enterprise applications, REST APIs, automation solutions, and AI-powered features while working in an Agile environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using Java and Spring Boot
• Build and consume RESTful APIs and microservices
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices
• Develop automation scripts and utilities using Python
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
• Assist in designing and implementing AI-powered solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Integrate Generative AI capabilities into enterprise applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Architects, and QA teams
• Stay updated with emerging technologies in Java, Python, Cloud, and AI
• Builder Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using no-code, low-code, and advanced platforms, translating business needs into scalable applications that enhance products, workflows, and decision-making
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• B.Tech / B.E. (Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics) or MCA
• Recent graduates or candidates with up to 2+ years of experience
• Experience or knowledge in Spring Boot Microservices
• Experience or knowledge in Docker and Kubernetes fundamentals
• Experience or knowledge in Cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Experience or knowledge in CI/CD concepts
• Experience or knowledge in Linux basics
• Exposure to messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ

  • Understanding of CRUD operations and database design
• Version Control
  • Knowledge of Git and GitHub/Azure DevOps basics
  • Branching and pull request workflow understanding
• Generative AI Skills
  • Experience using OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or similar AI platforms
  • Experience developing AI-powered applications, chatbots, document-processing solutions, or automation assistants
  • Basic knowledge of vector databases such as ChromaDB, FAISS, Pinecone, or Azure AI Search
  • Understanding of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
  • Understanding of Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)
  • Understanding of embeddings, tokenization, and model inference concepts
  • Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, LlamaIndex, or equivalent frameworks
  • Exposure to Prompt Engineering concepts
