Job Description

Job Title: AssociateSoftware Engineer

We are seeking an AssociateSoftware EngineerUX Designerto help create intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly web application experiences. In this role, you will work closely with product managers, developers, and senior designers to design scalable and responsive web interfaces that enhance usability and improve the overall customer experience.

The ideal candidate has a strong interest in user-centereddesign, problem-solving, and modern web design practices, along with a passion for creating seamless digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assistin designing user experiences for responsive web applications and internal platforms.

  • Create wireframes, user flows,mockups, and interactive prototypes for web-based products.

  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to understand user and business requirements.

  • Participate in user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to improve user journeys.

  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of web design systems and reusable UI components.

  • Ensure consistency, accessibility, and responsiveness across web applications.

  • Translate complex workflows into simple and intuitive user experiences.

  • Support continuous improvement of product usability through data and user insights.

  • Stay updated with UX trends, web standards, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • 0–2 years of experience in UX/UI design for web applications, including internships or academic projects.

  • Basic understanding of responsive web design and usability principles.

  • Proficiencyin Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design/prototyping tools.

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

  • Portfoliodemonstratingweb application design projects and UX thinking.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with web accessibility standards (WCAG).

  • Understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.

  • Exposure to Agile or product development environments.

  • Experience working with design systems orcomponentlibraries is a plus.
