Job Conditions: Onsite, full time, 02:00 pm to 11:00 pm PKT

Report to: Chief Software Architect

Role and Responsibilities:

Associate Software Architect will be working in a team lead role and collaborating across functions of Software Development Team, will get an opportunity to work in a wide array of tech stacks and software projects.

Mainly assisting in providing architecture and development solutions and ensure the delivery of high-quality, robust, and scalable solutions.

• He will be assisting in all the designs technology architecture to align with enterprise standards, processes, procedures, and targets.

• Work with the development team to translate the software architecture into design

• Work closely with scrum master, development, quality assurance, and DevOps teams

• Actively doing software development & rest processes

• Partner with others inside and outside the engineering organization to gather all requirements to formulate the appropriate architecture required to provide system functionality, deciding when to advocate, and when to compromise, to arrive at a mutually acceptable solution

• Assist in setting up standards, reference architectures, Technology selection

• Assist to define technology architecture principles to provide guidance to the technology architecture.

• Build early prototypes and validate them for technical design and performance

• Understand the long-term business objectives and suggest technical strategies to meet those objectives by introducing innovation through technology

• Be responsive and decisive on adjusting our product architecture as customer requirements, market conditions and technologies evolve

• Research and identify current and future technology services and industry standards and technology architecture viewpoints to address stakeholders' concerns.

• Select and use tools and repositories to collect and manage architecture information and artefacts.

• Training and supervising the junior software developers in architect and development solutions

Skills and Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience of software development in highly trafficked websites and or mobile apps.

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in an Architect Role in large scale software development projects

• Strong knowledge of designing architectures using best practices Design Pattern and SOLID Principles

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in core languages .Net Core, C#, ReactJs, Angular

• Experience in Android and iOS Native Mobile Applications and React Native will be preferred

• Should have strong database design and development skills in Relational DBMS, core Data Stores, SQL

• Should have experience in integrations (BizTalk, LogicApp, MuleSoft, ADF, or custom middle ware - experience in any one of these will suffice)

• Strong continuous integration, DevOps, Application Performance Monitoring Knowledge

• Experienced in Designing and Development Restful Services, Asp.Net & Micro Services Solutions

• Fluent in cloud orchestration and deployments across Azure otherwise AWS nice to have

• Experience managing all areas of the tech stack, front-end, back-end, middle-tier and managing monolith to microservices conversions.

• Knowledge and experience in best-practices engineering processes, methodologies, platforms such as Agile, Service Oriented Architecture, separation of concern, redundancy, and high scalability.

• Good written and verbal communication, presentation, and listening skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to a variety of technical and non-technical audiences.

• Exposure to Git Version Control Systems and Azure CICD Pipeline
• Bachelors or masters degree in computer science or relevant.
