Purpose of the role
The Social Media Specialist contributes to the management and growth of ESAN’s corporate social channels by delivering high‑quality content, maintaining the editorial calendar, and coordinating cross‑functional inputs with greater autonomy.
In this role, the Specialist supports content planning, applies brand and platform guidelines, and identifies opportunities to optimize performance across channels. The position works closely with the Manager to ensure strategic alignment with the ESAN social media framework while acting as a knowledgeable partner to internal stakeholders and our social media agency. The Specialist manages day‑to‑day operations with increased independence, providing guidance, consistency, and operational oversight across markets.
