Job Description

Amazon.in OHL team is seeking a creative, analytical, and highly motivated merchandiser who will be responsible for planning and executing best in class site merchandising and customer engagement strategies. As an Associate Site Merchandiser you will ensure that customer experience and expectations are set and met to a high standard. He or she will execute and schedule content on home pages, category pages, and pages across the site based on the instructions/inputs shared by Site Merchandiser. Also prepare a report on performance and traffic data to our management teams. He or she will assist in creation of new engagement related content based on inputs of the Site Merchandiser. This person will be involved in coordinating with the category managers, designers, and other editors in similar roles across the business.
Key job responsibilities
• Lead OHL central program stores & Vernac owning end-to-end execution. • Own event marketing assets across channels, driving discoverability (including GW and Off-App placements) and ensuring high-quality content execution. • Partner with multiple stakeholders to secure timely inputs and ensure seamless execution across BAU and HVEs • Deep dive into store performance and marketing activations (with guidance), identifying insights and optimization opportunities. • Provide clear, structured written updates to stakeholders on performance and key levers. Requirements: • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, merchandising, or program management • Strong analytical thinking and written/verbal communication skills • Proficiency in data tools such as Excel and basic SQL • Familiarity with internal tools such as Symphony, Cardboard, Sophia, and Bullseye • Comfort and working knowledge of AI tools is required

Basic qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Speak, write, and read fluently in English - Experience handling multiple projects in parallel
Preferred qualifications
- Experience analyzing campaign performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) - Experience with data analysis and basic Excel skills - Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
