Job Description

The Associate SFE Specialist supports the Commercial Excellence function by assisting with the translation of brand strategies into effective sales force implementation. This role provides operational and coordination support across sales planning, execution tracking, reporting, and process administration. The incumbent will help maintain systems, tools, and data inputs that support business reviews and decision-making, while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance sales force effectiveness and resource utilization.

Key Responsibilities

  • The Associate SFE Specialist will assist in coordinating activities that support the execution of brand and sales force plans in alignment with business priorities and timelines.

  • The role will administer routine processes, systems, and tools used to capture, organize, and maintain commercial information for reporting and analysis.

  • The incumbent will deliver operational support for planning and execution activities, including preparing trackers, supporting review materials, and updating relevant dashboards and reports.

  • The role will process data inputs from internal stakeholders and handle recurring operational tasks related to sales force effectiveness, reporting, and business planning.

  • The Associate SFE Specialist will also support the tracking of implementation progress and help identify gaps, follow-up actions, or opportunities for improvement.

  • In addition, the role will assist with continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales process and ensure resources are utilized in line with business objectives.

Key Stakeholders

  • The role works closely with internal stakeholders including the Commercial Excellence Team and Business Marketing teams.

  • It may also coordinate with external stakeholders such as management consultants and the Global Commercial Excellence Team when supporting reporting requirements, project coordination, or process alignment activities.

Requirements

  • Candidates should have some experience in sales force-related work, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.

  • Experience working with data, Power BI, and CRM systems is preferred.

  • The role requires good communication skills, sound business acumen, and the ability to coordinate and support multiple activities in a structured manner. Basic project coordination capability and attention to detail are important, along with the ability to manage recurring tasks accurately and on time.
