In ServiceNow consulting at PwC, you will gain extensive experience in ServiceNow applications and assist clients in optimising operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support tailored to ServiceNow software.

As an Associate in our ServiceNow Deployment team, you will support the implementation and optimization of IT Service Management processes and cloud‑based solutions. You will work closely with senior team members to configure platforms, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to delivering high‑quality technology solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist in configuring and maintaining ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
• Support cloud infrastructure operations, including monitoring, basic troubleshooting, and documentation.
• Contribute to process improvements and help implement ITIL‑based practices.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and deliver assigned tasks.
• Analyze data and prepare insights to support project recommendations.
• Uphold PwC quality standards, methodology, and code of conduct.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in IT Service Management, ServiceNow, or cloud operations.
• Basic understanding of ITIL concepts and IT operations.
• Foundational knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow training or certification (nice to have).
• Basic knowledge of discovery tools (SCCM, Intune, Tanium) or DevSecOps concepts.
• ITIL 4 Foundations or similar certification.
