WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Product Management Coordinating

  • Coordinate resources and monitor product management support projects’ progress and identify risks, delays, or blockers
  • Act as a central point of contact and facilitate communication between Product Managers and teams in Vietnam
  • Support basic data analysis related to product performance, competitor analysis and market insights
  • Assist in project management including tracking action items, milestones, dependencies, risks, delays or blockers and follow-ups across teams
  • Maintan product documentation and ensure product information is accurate, up to date and accessible to stakeholders
  • Help track metrics as defined

Continuous Improvement

  • Assist team lead in making, developing, and improving tools, service documents, training documents, work processes, quality control processes, etc. to ensure that team members have enough knowledge and skills to accomplish well the work, to provide solutions to meet the needs of the customer and to improve the performance of the team.
  • Proactively schedule and lead meetings with the Product Managers to clarify requirements, providing updates, discussion, etc. regarding their requests

Others

  • Comply the company policies, training programs and meetings upon request.
  • Highly contribute to the Developments and Objectives of team, service, division, segment and company level

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

If you can do everything listed above, you’ve got what it takes. Perhaps some of the following would be helpful too:

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial management, engineering, business administration or a related field
  • Having professional experience in coordination, project management, product operations, or related roles is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with strong presentation capabilities
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through, proactive and problem-solving mindset, high responsibility, commitment, and initiative
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
