DVA+MORE is a progressive Business Advisory firm based on Auckland’s North Shore. As our firm continues to grow, we’re seeking an Associate to step into a senior role that combines technical excellence, meaningful client advisory, and team leadership - with a clear career pathway through to partnership.

About you

You’re a technically strong accountant with a commercial mindset and the confidence to lead both clients and people. You enjoy being close to the work, building trusted relationships, and playing an active role in the growth of a firm. Whether you’re coming from a Big 4, second‑tier, or mid‑sized environment, you’re ready for broader responsibility and a well‑defined progression path.

This role suits someone who wants to deepen their impact - on clients, on team development, and on the future direction of the firm.

You’ll bring

• 4+ years’ experience within a CA environment
• Strong technical accounting and tax capability across compliance and business advisory
• CA qualification
• Proven experience working closely with clients and acting as a trusted advisor
• The ability and motivation to lead, coach, and develop team members in a growing firm
• Sound judgement, critical thinking, and a solutions‑focused approach
• Confidence contributing ideas and influencing decisions that improve how we deliver our services
