Associate and Senior Associate, Personal Injury (Plaintiff) | Brisbane A well established Brisbane plaintiff personal injury firm is looking to add an Associate and a Senior Associate to its team. Both roles run a mixed personal injury practice with a comparably light file load. That means time to run your matters properly, rather than spending the week just keeping up. The roles Run a mixed file of motor vehicle accident claims and general personal injury matters through to resolution Work directly with clients from the first consultation, explaining the process in plain language and keeping them informed throughout Prepare matters for settlement conferences and mediations, and brief counsel where needed Senior Associate: work closely with the principals and supervise and support junior lawyers About you Admitted to practice in Queensland Associate: 2+ years PQE in plaintiff personal injury Senior Associate: 5+ years PQE in plaintiff personal injury, and able to run a file with minimal supervision Solid experience under Queensland personal injury legislation Good with clients, and comfortable with people who are going through a difficult time What’s on offer Compeittive salary A file load that lets you do the work properly Direct access to the principals A firm that treats its clients as people, not file numbers How to Apply For a confidential discussion, contact Niki Kunovski on 0422 561 621 or niki@hookerheijden.com.au .
